Little Rabbits

This is a 45 minute fitness/gymnastics class filled with non-stop fun for 2-3 year olds. This class requires parent participation to help guide the children through the various activities in class.  Each class will start with an obstacle course for climbing, jumping, rolling, etc. Basic skills on all of the gymnastics equipment will be taught to promote early development.  And each class will end with a fun activity and a sticker for each child.

  • Ages 2-3 years, parent/child class

  • Spatial awareness, socialization, and basic gymnastic skills

  • Develop balance, jumping, landing

  • Exposure to balance beam, trampoline, bars, spring boards, etc.

  • Use of balls and hoops for coordination

  • Fun and fun

 


Little Kangaroos Class

This is an hour long gymnastics class that includes bars, beam, floor, and tumble track for 4-5 year olds. This class will focus on teaching the right technique for forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, beginner skills on bars, and beam activities.  This class will begin to introduce skill development on most Olympic events.

  • Ages 4-5 years

  • Class discipline, group games, line formations

  • Helps cognitive development, social skills and physical movement

  • Exposure to beam, bars, tumble track, spring boards, etc.

  • Enhance strength, flexibility, and self-esteem

  • Fun and fun


Level 1&2

This is an hour and fifteen minutes long gymnastics class for 6-10 year olds of different levels.  From beginner to intermediate, this class is structured to meet the needs of all levels of gymnasts to help reach their goals. Basic skills on all the gymnastics equipment is taught to beginners. This class aims to introduce beginner and intermediates skills on all Olympic events. The 75 minute class includes floor, bars, beam, vault, tumble track, and more.

  • Ages 6-10 years

  • Beginner skills introduced on all Olympic events

  • Enhances strength, flexibility, and self-esteem

  • Beam walks, pull overs, back hip circles, bridges, back bends, round off, handstand walk and more

  • Prepares students for Level 3


Level 3

This is a 90 minute class that requires already considerable knowledge and skill.  Students will use their skills set, self-motivation and determination to take their gymnastics abilities to the next level. 

  • Ages 6-12

  • Combination routines

  • Requires self-discipline, focus, commitment, and a lot of extra practice

  • Taught in an environment conducive to learning,

  • overall progress and fun


 

xcel (Ages 5-14)

This is a new program within our facility that will allow students to take on more technical and physical challanges with a possibility of learning routines in the future alongside several competitions.


PARKOUR NINJA (AGES 5-7)

  • Scale tough obstacles, jump to safety from lava, run away from zombies, and be home in time for dinner

  • Basic vaults and rolls and dive jumps

Pee wee Parkour/Freerunning (Ages 6-10)

This is a 60 minute introductory course that will focus on jumping, rolling, flipping and landing in a manner that will maximize safety and efficiency.  This is a fun and exciting class that will expose children to elementary parkour movements and safety techniques. 

  • Ages 6-10

  • Basic gymnastic skills

  • Develop balance, jumping, rolling, landing

  • Exposure to spring boards, trampoline, mats and more

  • Enhances strength, flexibility, and self-esteem

  • Fun atmosphere


INTRODUCTION TO PARKOUR(AGES 10-17)

This is a 60 minute introductory course that will focus on jumping, rolling, flipping and landing in a manner that will maximize safety and efficiency.  This is a fun and exciting class that will expose children to introductory parkour and free running movements in a safe environment. 

Students need to pass a test with a score of 80% or higher to move onto Intermediate Level Parkour.

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL PARKOUR(AGES 10-17)

 

This is a 90 minute class that will focus on intermediate level parkour and freerunning movements, which will require explosiveness, strength and technique.  The class will be a fun mix of curriculum work, strength building, and free time.

Students who have mastered more than 50% of the material, may simultaneously attend Advanced Parkour Class.  Students will graduate from the class and receive a certificate by passing a test with a score of 80% or higher.


ADVANCED level parkour(AGES 10-17)

This class will have a free flowing environment focused on taking movement to the next level with the support and guide of trained instructors.
